COINS has enabled a new payroll global parameter [STPPHASE] to allow the ability of COINS OA to transition from phase 1 to phase 2. Once phase 2 has been enabled, if at any time issues arise with reporting with the ATO the parameter can be reset to phase 1.
This new functionality will not affect COINs payroll data but allow continuity of
mandatory reporting to the ATO using either ATO.PAYEVNT.0003 or
ATO.PAYEVNT.0004 file formats.
