Overview

The Non-Service Order Time Block Schedule browse provides quick visibility into which technicians have time blocks scheduled. This browse is primarily for viewing, but also offers an alternative way to view and manage basic time block data outside of the Scheduling and Dispatch (S&D) board.

Accessing the Non-Service Order Time Block Schedule

Navigate to: Service Management > Scheduling > Non-Service Order Time Block Schedule.

The browse displays time block information with key columns including:

  • Technician: Technician with the scheduled time block

  • Technician Name: Full name of technician

  • Time Block Reference: Link to time block details

  • Start Date/Time: When the time block begins

  • End Date/Time: When the time block ends

  • Status: Current status of the time block

  • Comment: Any associated comments

Actual column configuration may vary. Use Column Sets to customise display.

Filtering

Without filtering, the browse will attempt to display ALL time blocks ever created, which can:

  • Take significant time to load
