You can now enter Rehire Variation Orders from Plant. Adding additional lines to an existing dispatch using Fast Dispatch or adding a change of rate line will create a variation order when appropriate. Additional fields for order details like hire style have been added to dispatch, and again changes made in Plant will sync to the order.

Add to Existing Dispatch
When this is ticked, the Dispatch field is made available.
Dispatch
The dispatch to add the lines to.
When this is populated, the customer and contract fields are disabled as the information is not needed when adding to a dispatch.
Fast Dispatch
If the dispatch is linked to an uncommitted order, the lines will be added to that order.
If the order is committed, a variation order will be created and committed.
Hire Desk – Existing Hires
When amending information on existing dispatch lines, you can now set the order values for Hire Style, etcetera. All the linked information will sync, so changes to on hire and expected off hire will update the order.
The rate fields can now be updated, and changes are synced to the order, or a variation order is created if required. When a variation order is created it will not be committed as more lines may be amended.
When adding a Change of Rate, a variation order is created with the effective date set as the date of the rate change.
