Coins provides licence changes in the form of a CSV file. Use the Load Licence function in Coins ERP+ to validate and apply updates to your licence.
Save the CSV file on your computer.
In Coins ERP+, go to System > System Setup > Module/Licence Maintenance. Module/Licence Maintenance screen in Coins ERP+
Click the Load Licence tab to reach the Load Licence screen, as shown below.

Click the Choose File button to find and select the CSV file. Select licence file screen Choose the correct CSV file
Click Next. Coins ERP+ first validates the licence.
If the licence is invalid, an appropriate message is displayed and the licence is not saved.
If the licence validates correctly, Coins ERP+ prompts you to confirm that you want to load the licence.
Click OK to confirm. The licence details are updated.
Configuring User Access After Applying the Licence
Once the COINS licence is applied, you can configure user access and permissions. This includes:
Setting up named roles.
Assigning related permissions in the User Workbench. These steps enable you to provision new users appropriately and ensure they have the necessary access to perform their roles.
Troubleshooting Licence Capacity Mismatch Error
If you encounter an error after uploading the new licence, such as when setting up a new user, it may indicate a capacity mismatch. This occurs when the number of workflows configured in your system exceeds the number allowed by your licence. To resolve this issue:
Identify the number of additional workflow design slots required.
Request an updated licence from COINS support, specifying the exact number of additional slots needed. This will ensure your licence aligns with your system's requirements and resolves the error.
