Analysis Set selection criteria are used to provide counts and amounts for the following Health & Safety Enquiries: Incidents Count by Contract, Incidents Count by Year, Accidents Count by Company.
Incident/Accident Analysis Sets
Incident and Accident Analysis Sets are used for Incident and Accident enquiries. They can be set up in Health & Safety > Maintenance, as shown in Analysis Sets. These Analysis Sets allow you to configure additional fields to provide alternative ways to sort and select your data.

Selection Screen
The Incidents/Accidents Enquiry screen in Health & Safety > Enquiries can contain Analysis Set selection criteria (Analysis Sets Selection Criteria Screen). This screen also contains an Enquiry Type field (Enquiry Type Field), which allows you to select which type of enquiry you would like to generate (Incidents Count by Contract, Incidents Count by Year, or Accidents Count by Company).

Enquiry Type Field
After you fill in the Incident and Accident Analysis Sets on this screen and then select the Next button, the records used to determine the counts are based on what you have entered (Enquiry Type and Analysis Sets).

Incidents Count by Contract
When you select Incidents Count by Contract as the Enquiry Type on the selection screen and then click Next, the enquiry screen that appears is shown in Incidents Count by Contract Screen. This screen provides you with a count of incidents by contract.

Incidents Count by Year
When you select Incidents Count by Year as the Enquiry Type on the selection screen and then click Next, the enquiry screen that appears is shown in Incidents Count by Year Screen. This screen provides you with statistics information per year for incidents, accidents, claims, and compensations.

When you select Accidents Count by Company as the Enquiry Type on the selection screen and then click Next, the enquiry screen that appears is shown in Accidents Count by Company Screen. This screen provides you with an accidents count by company.
