Overview
Due to a requirement to print a Payment Summary for Working Holiday Makers with an Income Type flag of "H", the electronic format output for Working Holiday Makers has such an indicator in the Income Type field in Australian Payroll.
This enhancement is for the Australian (AUS) region only.
Employee Maintenance
An Income Type field is available on the Profile tab in Payroll > Employee Maintenance, as shown in Income Type Field. This indicates the type of employee and is output on Payment Summaries. Its options are: S (Salaried), H (Working Holiday Makers), and P (Pensioner).

Lookup Codes
Income Type is available as a Lookup Type option in Payroll > Global Setup > Lookup Codes, as shown in Income Type Lookup Option. It provides values (such as those shown in Income Type Lookup Values) that can be chosen on the Income Type field in Employee Maintenance.

Payment Summary Form
The Payment Summary Form under Payroll > Company Setup > AUS Tax Tables & Pay Summary > Print PAYG Payment Summary for Individuals shows a Gross Payment Type field, which represents the Income Type, as shown in Payment Summary Form.

The electronic output for payment summary under Payroll > Company Setup > AUS Tax Tables & Pay Summary > PaySummary Output Report contains the character “H” for Working Holiday Makers, as shown in Payment Summary Output.
