CornerstoneHR Integration - Load Specific Employees

You can load CornerstoneHR data for specific employees only.

  1. Create a text file called loadspecificcsids.txt.

    The file must contain employee cornerstone ID on a separate line.

  2. Save the file as .txt.

  3. Upload the file into My Files.

    System > My Files > Put File

    Coins ERP+ will look in $BASE/var/home/[USER] directory, that is My Files, to retrieve data.

  4. Click Next to load into the My Files folder.

  5. You can check to see if the file has been loaded successfully by going to the My Files tab and checking the folder.

  6. Run the CornerstoneHR Integration Service as per below and it will look for the file.

  7. Clear out the date and time fields.

    COINS will look for the file and will only retrieve the employees in the file and automatically create Onboard/update batch for the selected employees.
