Overview

Coins ERP+ integration with CornerstoneHR lets you update employee information in Coins ERP+ with information held in external 3rd Party HR Talent Management Suite, CornerstoneHR. The Import Employees Workspace provides a single-entry point for payroll employee data to be updated and onboarded into Coins ERP+.

The workbench will be synced with CornerstoneHR to import data on a scheduled cycle. CornerstoneHR has no ability to send documents via API into Coins ERP+ therefore no employee documents such as contract, Tax Declaration, or Super Choice will be imported into Coins ERP+.

Processes to be managed through CornerstoneHR

  • Employee Onboarding to Coins ERP+ related to New Hires and Rehires.

  • Employee changes.

    • Default costing changes.

    • Employee movement location.

    • Rate changes.

    • status change.

    • promotions.

    • demotions.

    • Employee address changes.

    • Employee email changes.

    • Reporting to changes.

Processes to be managed through Coins ERP+

  • All Payroll Related Processes as follows:

    • Employee Gross to Net Processing.

    • Tax payments and Reporting.

    • Superannuation payments and Reporting.

    • Job Cost Entries and GL Entries related to Payroll.

    • Payroll Tax payments and reporting.

    • Workers Comp payments and reporting.

    • Termination payments and reporting.

    • Leave Accrual management.

This document is written for a user who is already familiar with Coins ERP+ and Coins ERP+ payroll.
